If you are logged in in your Youtube account Youtube can assign your surf behaviour to you personally. You can stop that by logging out from your account.

Who deactivates the saving of cookies for the Google- Ad- program won`t have to expect such cookies while watching Youtube- videos. But Youtube also collects non personal user data in other cookies. If you want to stop that you have to block the saving of cookies in your browser.
