Access data/ Server- Logfiles
The provider (respectively his Webspace- Provider) collects data with every access to the offer (so-called Serverlogfiles).
The access data are: Name of the retrieved website, file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of transferred data, report about the successful retrieval, browsertype together with version, the operating system of the user, Referrer URL (previously visited site), IP adress and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the protocol data only for statistic evaluations for the purpose of the buisness, the savety and the optimization of the offer. However the provider reserves the right to check over the protocol data later if theres a justified suspicion of illegal use on the basis of concrete clues.
Handling of personal data

If you want to receive the newsletter we require a valid email adress as well as informations, wich allow us to check if you are the owner of the entered email adress or the owner of the email adress agreed with receiving the newsletter. More data aren`t collected. Those data are only used for the sending of the newsletter and will not be transmitted to any third party.
With the registration for the newsletter we save your IP adress and the date of the registration. The storage is only for the verification in case that a third party abuses an email adress and registered for the newsletter without the knowledge of the entitled person.
You can revoke the consent for the storage of the data and the email adress as well as their using for the sending of the newsletter every time. Such revocation may be served about a Link in the newsletter or trough a notification to the contact information above.
Involvement of services and third- party content
It can happen that third- party content for examble YouTube videos, maps from Google- maps. RSS- Feeds or grafics from other websites is involved. This requires that the providers of the content (in the following called “third- party”) perceive the IP adress of the user. Because without this IP adress they can`t send the content to the browser of the user. So the IP adress is needed for the presentation of the content. We try to use only such content whose provider uses the IP adress only for the delivering of the content. But we can`t control if a third- party saves the IP adress for example for a statistic purpose. As far as we know that we clarify it to the users.
Cookies are little files wich enable saving specific information to the access device of the user (PC, Smartphone or something similar). They firstly are for the usability of websites and help users (for examble saving of login data). They are also used for the recording of statistic data of the website usage and to analyse them for the improvement of the offer. The users can influence the application of the cookies. Most browsers have a option to restrict or prevent the storage of cookies. But it is recalled that, usage and especially comfort of use get restricted without cookies.

The content of the Plugin gets transferred from Facebook directly to your browser and gets involved to the website. Therefore the provider has no influence about the amount of data that Facebook collects with the Plugin and informs the user according to the state of knowledge:
With the contribution Facebook gets the information that a user called up the corresponding page. If the user is logged in Facebook can assign the visit to the Facebook account. If users interact with the Plugins for examble push the Like Button or write a comment a information gets transferred from your browser directly to Facebook and gets saved there. If a user isn`t a member of Facebook there is still the possibility that Facebook finds out the IP adress and saves it. According to Facebook they only save anonymised IP adresses in Germany.

If a user is a Facebook member and doesn`t want that Facebook collects data about him about this offer and links it with the member data at Facebook he has to log out from Facebook before he visits the website. +1 Button of Google+

Therefore the provider has no influence about the amount of data wich Google collects with this button. According to Google without a click on the button no personal data gets collected. Only when users are logged in such data like the IP adress get collected and processed.
